Qutress Trevino is a Chicago native.

She works in several mediums for the love of hands-on creating. Her aesthetic has an afrofuturist touch to matters of the heart and spirit. The content of motherhood, child-self, relationships and how they relate to the spirit realm are reoccurring themes in her most recent art. Her purpose of creating art is to quiet the mind and become a channel depicting experiences that are difficult to find the proper words for. Her influences come from peers, nature, and the dream realm.

My goal,

in art and (therefore) life,

is to be an open channel,

to speak, act, and create out of vibrations of pure love,

in hopes that it will catalyst others' heart field to expand,
